Describe 'residential spaces' and much comes to mind: rooms, structures, yards, lifestyles, singles, family, multi-generational, studio, small-house, luxury, efficiency, estate, multi-unit, urban, sub-urban, rural, primary residence, vacation home, investment property and still more. Each space though has its unique purpose, lighting, and feel. Through mixed media and mindful compositions that inform how one space relates to the next and to the whole, we capture not just the floor plan but the flow, the character, the qualities and the ideas of the space all with the goal to reveal the story of this 'residential space'.

Projects

To serve capturing the story efficiently yet flexibly, we're constantly researching, adapting and evolving imaging media, formats, techniques, and post-processing methods into bundles, packages, and à la carte offerings to enable structuring a project for every property. As each property has it's own story, we want to work with you and create a project that captures and reveals that story. If there's something that you don't see, please ask.

Agents

Every good story has a narrator. They set the tone, the location, and the pace for the story's reveal. For real estate, the agent is the narrator. They are the first point of contact, the first smile and the last handshake, organizing and directing the buying and selling of a property. Therefore real estate imaging should serve two clients - the property and the agent.

We offer custom promotion and marketing photo and video packages in support of these professionals that creatively complement their efforts and help them to showcase and reveal their own story.

Access our 'Order' pop-up to compile your project. When final, the system will send an email confirming the appointment along with an invoice. We'll reach out the day of the shoot to advise progress. Ordered work products will be delivered via our secure portal and an email and/or text will be sent as deliverables are ready for download.
